I gave you indepth answer regarding the current state about Geras and GoW and hor Fable must be bigger than both of them.

In forever. Never will a Fable game sell more than NSMBU. NSMBU released 4 years after F3, so let's say it'll out sell that game in 4 years; so in 2016 NSMBU will have sold more than 4m copies (excluding the budles of F3 since those doesn't count), and more than 5m if NSMBU gets bundled.
