No, I don't. The VgLeaks article mentioned that an Xbox set-top box isn't coming this year, but the next. This leads me to believe that Xbox 720 will only have connectivity to your current set-top box, not replace it.

Or maybe only connectivity to the Xbox 360 set top box.
