I have never seen such a despirate post, also Gran Turismo is bigger.. Plus it's great Sony out out so many IPs every year new and old! It's not alll about sales it's about Gaming! Microsoft should really learn that putting out 6 halos in 1 gen might be good for profit but as a gamer that really sucks. Anyway back on point Gran Turismo is bigger then Halo and Uncharted bigger then Gears. So really I don't care at all and I'm just posting something a stupid as what you posted. See how silly it is? Piece of advice.. Gaming is gaming. Business is business. You are a gamer so worry about games. Don't worry about sales. Pressure publishers to release original IPs and creat new experiences not keeping buying tired franchises that are milked and offer nothing. It seems to be something gamers forgot this gen. It's worrying

I don't agree. I've checked your game collection. You've got new IPs as well as the 2nd, 3rd and 4th entry from a certain franchise. (I suppose that you'll have probably played the first one). All in this gen. There's nothing bad in putting out games from the same franchise in one gen. Perhaps you're trying to say that they should focus more on new IPs, - on which I agree -, but as far as that point goes there, I don't agree. Not that I particulary support the same game every year, and I rather have news IP, but I hope you understand what I'm saying.

im saying yes gamers need to suport new IP's. i also think 3 of the same franchise in a single gen is ENOUGH! 4 is reall pushing it and TBH feels unnessasery to carry that franchise on the next gen. Halo had 6 games this gen. not HD collections actually games. What games have i brought more then 3 in a gen? the only one i can think is Assassin's Creed which the only one i finnished was 2 and Brotherhood. Revelations i stopped after 3 hours because it was boring and my dad brought me 3 for my birthday and after 2 hours i sold it. its boring and tired.

And I say yes to new IP's too. And yes I was refering to Assassin's back there. The point is that games in an already established franchise are not a bad thing if done correctly. No matter if it is 3 or 7, if done properly, keep bringing them. Albeit not the best example, Ps2 had five Final Fantasy games. I could keep buying Dead Rising games ever if they kept their quality, no matter if they brought them every six months. But I do like more new IPs, but of course. Don't take me wrong, we agree there, but what I'm saying is that there has to be both things. If a gamer enjoy the seventh entry of the same game the same gen, what's the problem? One could argue the gaming industry could get lazy, but other than that...
And by the way, there has been four Halo games, non-HD collections. Not six xD
