DaRev said: OK, cool, but you take all the fun out of the game if you just go around looking for the best/cheesiest way to beat the game. I'm sure you can do the same thing or use the similar tatics with BI, but what's the fun in that? When I took down a Big Daddy/Sister, I did all shorts of things in preparation and died many times - it was fun. Nothing, so far, in BI gives the same thrill and excitement. Ultimately, all of the criticisms your laying at BS2 can also be said about BI, e.g. it being linear. So I fail to see what makes BI that great a game. Anyways, thanks for the opinion and the tips |
It is not that I used the chepesiest way to kill everything... it is because you start with the Drill and I never needed to use other weapon lol... so everytime I face a big ememy I just use Drill... I always save before face a Big Daddy / Big Sister then I try the weapon I have to see how is the best to kill it and make my strategy... the Drill is just too overpowerwed to not be used for any enemy.
How I kill the first time the Brutal? Just Dillzed it... there is no reation... the hardest part is to get close to the enemy (ok that is not that hard lol).
Now when I played BioShock everytime I will face a Big Daddy I have trouble because I never have sufficient ammo to use the best weapon or so much health to face to face battle.
I remember one time I had no money, no health (less than 1/4), no ammo to kill a Big Daddy, etc... the worst possible situation... but I saved closed to the Big Daddy and I said to me that I will not leave this Big Daddy alive... it killed me 15 times when I saw some gas cylinder in the other room... so what I did was get all the gas cylinder and put it close to the Big Daddy closing their path to get me... wait it get near and just explred everything... instant kill... I was so happy.
But the circuntances in BioShock makes this happen... in BioShock 2 not because the Drill is almost infinite... just spent you money when needs to refil the fuel.
Again I never played any BioShock in easy or normal... I always start may games in hardest difficult... I played Cross Edge first time in Hard without the helped itens and lvls that you get if you play in normal and after finish start a NG+ in hard... it was so painful but I finished it.
