Would you be just as big a Nintendo fan if they went "software" only?

It was always about the software with Nintendo, so as long as quality remains the same for the most part, then this would be great thing, atleast for me as I'd only have to buy one console to get my Sony, Nintendo, and 3rd Party fix.
