These 2 are pretty beast, and not quite 1500 so you'll have some extra cash for accessories and games.
Both should max out SC2, maybe you'd have to play on high instead of ultra for 60fps.
Are you sure you need a laptop though? A desktop, especially with that kind of money, will get much better specs, last longer, and won't need to be replaced in a few years, just updated.
