There was a rumor, must have been a month or more before the PS4 event, that there was a dongle attachment to the PS4 that would connect through a high traffic cable or something. It would do the processing of PS3 games, letting the PS4 be backwards compatible having it as an optional accessory instead of raising the price by having it in box.
It could exist even, if MS is doing it with the 360 I don't see why not. It would have to not have a HDD or a disk drive or fans, just use heat syncs so it will be noiseless and as small as they can get it. Think something less than half the size of the super slim.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(
