increases your potential max stats by 10.
So if Chroms max stats while Great Lord are 80/40/40/40/40/40/40/40
They become 80/50/50/50/50/50/50/50
I dont' think it affects health. I could be wrong. Also it doesn't raise them by 10 like a +2 skill thing does. You have to gain those skills by leveling with that skill equiped. So figured another 40 levels to get the 10 stats. You know second sealing twice.
