For 2012 VGC showed a drop of 30% for 360 and 20% for PS3... the real drop were 20% to 360 and 11% for PS3... nothing adjusted yet... VGC is showing over 2 million consoles on selves for both PS3 and 360.

I still think the undertracking is mainly "Rest of the World"  i.e. not Japan, USA/Canada or Europe

Last month NPD was about 2x VGC on all the hardware, and even after adjustments the numbers are still lower than what NPD showed.  While March does typically show lower weekly averages than February, I'm not sure they would have dropped as substantially as VGC shows.
