The xBox Mini sounds like a media/ game extender.  It would be interesting if the Mini would be MS entry to something like Uverse but for gaming.  Purchase a cheap media/game extender that can play games and stream content alone (xBox MINI).  Purchase a Durango console and now you can stream your Durango games or 360 games to the xBox Mini.  Sort of what the Steambox is rumored to be able to do for PC games.  Have Durango be able to stream PC games from your windows 8 machine and MS probably would get me to purchase Windows 8, Durango and 2 Minis.  

Now if MS executed something like that, I would probably say the would sell a lot of hardware.
