Yep. God of War dropped by approximately 50% from III (~600k), while Gears dropped by ~75% (>2.2m). 

I see them ending up pretty even once the year is out. It all depends on bundles though, although Sony don't bundle GoW often and I don't think Gears gets bundled often either.

I think Gears of War Judgement has a pretty good change of being in this years 360 holiday bundle.  If they stick with exclusives then I would expect a Forza Horizon and Gears of War Judgement holiday bundle of course one of those games could be replaced by a 3rd party game.
