I can't believe that so many developers and lead testers struggle to pass Lot Checks/TCRs/TRCs. It's not rocket science for gawd's sake. The documents are very straightforward checklists, easy to read, easy to understand. It's easy to make a mistake and fail the first time of Submission but, seriously, 14 times..? Microsoft charge you an exorbitant fee for each Submission after the 5th failure if I remember correctly because they get the hump lol.
