Not the same sentence. Quotations are for exact quotes, not approximations.

Well... so remove the quote but the title perctly fit with what the guy said.

If he removed the quotation marks, yes, it would be fine. As it is though, it's grammatically incorrect and technically misleading. It says GG said those exact words, when they didn't.
