Story-wise considering how Uncharted 3 ended, I think Elena will be kidnapped (and pregnant maybe) and because of that Drake will be forced to go into a new adventure in order to obtain something for the evil kidnapper gang.

ironic since the actress that mo caps her is also pregnant.
