Sales in NA were much higher on the 360. Almost 25% difference.

wait...I was just joking because you said GTA4 and not 5 and you said "is going to" so I assumed you didn't actually mean GTA4, but yes you're right based on that and the closer hardware numbers overall I would say PS3 version will win out.  It's actually incredible the 360 version won out last time because GTA was either timed or completely exclusive on PS2, but I guess that just goes to show how much last gen doesn't matter (as if we needed proof seeing WiiU)

Well, the difference was that 360 had almost double the install base when gta4 came out, and it got timed exclusivity to dlc.

yeah I knew PS3 hadn't exactly done very well up to that point and of course NA numbers would need to be very skewed in the 360's favor for it to win WW in the long run, which they aren't
