Kingdom Heart's HD as I never played the PS2 versions and I'm glad I can play the full story without having to buy 3 different consoles :)
The rest sort-of interest me, except Lightning's Return. I'm not the greatest fan of stretching a mainline Final Fantasy story/cast over 2 games, but 3 is just.... =/
