Does the analogue stick when pushed forward makes Mario run fast or do you have to press another button to run? I bought it on DS hoping that I can relive this masterpiece and it was unplayable as I had to press one more button to make Mario run. I bought a used N64 just to replay it and the damn cartridge plays fine but does not save !!!

As good controls as the original game.
Proof: The SM64 world record holder beat his N64 record time first try on VC.
