I'm hearing the BS but I'm not seeing the facts that supports such claims.

Without Xbox Live, indie games genre would not be where they are now.

PS3 has 3 good indie success stories, all from the same developer, which was close to becoming bankrupt forcing their next title to be multiplatform.

On the Xbox 360, there are dozens of hugely successful indie games, exclusive or otherwise and I can't think of a single developer that has gone bankrupt as a result of choosing xbox 360.

If you are an indie developer, it would be stupid not to support the 360.

This is not the only article I have seen with the same message.  From Penny Arcade:

"It's possible Microsoft will soon make similar moves, but for now the feeling seems to be that Microsoft is acting like a dinosaur, watching all these small animals with fur wandering around the countryside, hoping that they won't go extinct."
