Will PS3 pass PS1 in Europe lifetime?

Currently the pecking order there is this

PS1-36.91

Wii-32.68

PS3-28.96

The PS3 sold about 4.7m in Europe last year.  Assuming it stays in the market till 2017-18 could this happen?  Remember PS3 still has some price cuts to go which it didn't get last year.  Speculate please.
