Not really. Mewtwo is a lot faster and has access to fire type moves and Genesect is 4 times weak to fire so even a flame thrower would be an overkill. I guess it all comes down to the sets but Mewtwo wins most of the time.

Well this Genesect is suppose to be "Extremespeed" genesect so I have to assume its faster than a normal genesect
