I disagree. A person can dislike Microsoft's narrow focus on a few IPs or be bored by Kinect or think that Xbox Live isn't worth the money, but that's all down to taste. I'm not attracted to Microsoft's offerings myself, but clearly there is no shortage of people who do like those things. But always on DRM is a hugely anti-consumer move, no two ways about it.
