MS will not confirm or deny because they have not announce anything yet.  People keep saying that MS not saying anything is confirmation that all rumors are true but MS never confirm or deny any rumors and they will definitely not make any statements until they actually annouce the console.  Right now, the nextbox does not exist as far as MS is concerned.
