The Xbox 360 has a Metro (Windows 8) interface.  You're reaching for something and you won't grab it.

No.  That isn't what I said.  I said it depends on how they implement it.  There are several possibilities.

oh. I guess I didn't notice it on my friends xbox. I was thinking about an updated version of it.
