Ok, so this will be my last post on this matter but reading the AnandTech on the GNC arch, this page of the article talkes about how the GNC archs comes in a set of 4 CUs in an array

This actually kind of prove that the SC on the Durango diagram is an array of 4 CUs. Ok it probably doesn't prove it but it does verify that the diagram that VGleaks is using is actually a CU array. Whether that's correct or not is something we will not know until MS reveal.
