I'm gonna post even though I didn't read everyone's comment, I just wanted to give an opinion about corporations & business decisions. I may be wrong in this, but it's my bias opinion based on my own conclusions.
Creators/inventors/engineers/etc. are incredibly important to corporations that manufacture products. It is vital that board be not so quick to be rid of them without having others who will take their place & have some type of creative plan to innovate their products. If you leave the decision making to business oriented individuals, then you can forget about new ideas because I don't see any of them gambling their jobs, but instead keep producing what seems most financially profitable for the company.
