Nintendo needs to relaunch the Wii U

I think Nintendo was planning to relaunch the Wii U from the beginning. They have delayed most of the first party games that they were planning to release in the launch window. The software was clearly not finished, because of the day 1 update and load times. I think they just wanted to get a head start, so they wouldn't have to release at the same time as Sony and Microsoft.
