I just do not have time to find the statement but I could have sworn that Sony sayd that the PSeye will be included with the PS4.  It just doesn't seem smart to make your default controler do all this cool little stuff take the time to develop, test and make the actual device it needs to use those features optional.  Seems kind of silly if you want developers to use a feature but it requires consumers to purchase another device.

I am will to put my money that the chances of the PSeye not being included with the PS4 is much slimer than it being included.
