Last week it was at just over 40k. This week it had 2 new releases and dropped 10k. Doesn't seem like it's stabilized. The next Vita release isn't until 4/18 (a pachinko game), but it doesn't get any real games until 4/25. Almost a month with no releases should tell you where it stabilizes.
