NPD Dec: 113K
NPD Jan: <133K
10th in Jan chart was DS Mario and Sonic at 133K, so we know UT3 PS3 sold less than this. So up to the end of Jan it had sold less than 246K in US, add 10% for Canada (I know it won't actually be 10%, but it's close enough for a rough estimate) and that gives less than 270K in NA through January.
If it did sell more in Jan than Dec then it wasn't by very much.
We also have PC November sales:
NPD Nov: 33K
From these sales I'd say most UT3 sales up to now have been PAL PC sales.
