In an interview with Tsutaya's merchandiser (the man responsible for managing supply to their 500 stores), it's been revealed that Luigi's Mansion 2 and Oboro Muramasa both sold out.
In other words, Luigi's shipments still cannot keep up with demand, and Muramasa didn't have much to begin with. This affects their ranking. One Piece is holding the top here because it has massive supply. Not sure why Nintendo isn't shipping more copies of Luigi after declaring year of Luigi...
