The PS3 did'nt make a comeback it just benefited from the fact most publishers invested in it based on their assumation it will be the main console in the next generation and from the fact ports from 360 games made a lot of sense in order to pay the increasing development costs. Still Sony lose a lot of exclusivities during this gen in favor of MS who launched its console first. |
Wrong again, media and the general publics opinion of the PlayStation brand when the PlayStation 3 launched were at an all time low, Developers gave it shoddy support and poor ports, it's only through continual support and hard work that they clawed back customers and turned the table on what was otherwise one of the poorest home console launches in the past two decades, porting from 360 to PS3 did not initially, until the toolchains matured, make financial sense as porting from a multi core PPC processor with dedicated GPU to the IBM Cell was costly and required a lot of hard work - through tireless SDK updates and lots of first and second party support adding to this toolchain eventually the industry overcome it.
Really though, you're just grasping at straws because your whole argument is hypocritical, if you want to call me hypocritical do me and everyone on these forums a favor and look it up in a dictionary.
