I think that's pessimism because I don't understand the logic behind these views based on the arguments I have given.
Tachikoma > I don't care about being "noble", if there are good reasons to be pessimistic about a console then I have no problem with that. With a strong competitor like the 3DS which has a very important advantage in terms of installed base and no really strong releases announced in the future I'm certainly pessimistic about the future of the Vita. The Wii U is certainly in a totally different position though.
