not possible since a really perfect gaming pc is about gaming with mouse and keyboard (and obviously the games who are only really good or possible with that), the modding scene and the possibility to decide if you want to go for more fps and lower graphics or less fps and better graphics (at least for those who can't have ultra settings and very high fps) + some other stuff 
but sure, ps4 is really much better as ps3 (or probably all other consoles) for developers
