I really don't think exclusives are why you would or would not choose PC gaming, unless you are particularly into RTS's and simulators. PC gaming is a different experience to consoles, I prefer PC gaming as the controls tend to be tighter in games and more indepth, graphics are higher quality, many games have huge modding communities and portability of games is pretty good as long as you avoid shit like steam though that is pretty hard to do on PC gaming nowadays. On the downside PC gaming is more expensive for hardware, requires a lot more tweaking and tuning as games are not written specifically for your equipment.
