Embarassing how? When you think about how simple the XMB is compared to the WiiU menu and that Sony had 7 years to make it as it is today then I dont see how its embarassing at all. 

I mean its the first "performance update" for WiiU   so I am happy to see what they were able to do.

The performance Nintendo started with was embarassing this update is not.

according to moore's law Wii U  should be around 10-20x more powerful(and they had all the time in the world to analyze,optimize and copy the ps360 )It's just like comparing 360 to n64.

I'm pretty sure you are the first to attack  people as soon As they dare to say that Wii U is not next gen,but you have no problems to do so( compare Wii U with current gen )as long as it useful for argumentation.
