Pffft, you wimps, and I thought all those hardcore games would make you immune to these kind of things :P
I've seen worse really, like Arsenal FC's Eduardo, you could see the goddamn bone sticking out. But then again, this is not something I would call "gruesome", I'd say "sad for the player" is much more fitting. Hope he can make a recovery.
