Game cube had these game too, look how well that turned out. While it might have been decent for Nintendo, is certainly didn't help the company grow.

 

Now are they Doomed? No, not by a long shot. but it would be helpful for Nintendo to stay relevant if they had 3rd party support and a mix of core and family attitudes.

N64 and Wii had them as well right? Soooooo... lol Those games will help, we wont have another GC imo!

Well N64 got beat pretty bad too, although better than Gamecube it was still pretty much a let down from Nintendo. And we all know why wii did so well, which those gamers aren't coming back this time around. 3rd party support is important no other way to spin it. Cause at the end of the day all you have to relay on is the core. Casual's come and go like the wind.
