Starfox Adventures had the better puzzles. i never felt that "oh, that's clever, it tickles my brain to see it come together like that." with Banjo and Donky Kong. I felt that way with Starfox more than them
and Banjo had to have the least interesting worlds out of all the Rare Adventure games on N64.
Starfox Adventures > DK64 > Banjo Kazooie overall
Starfox Adventures was a beast. idk what the fuck you're talking about..

The puzzles of adventures didn't require thought. It was just "find 3 obviously placed cogs" type stuff. Add in worlds virtually devoid of interesting features, one-dimensional combat, and horribly shallow flying sequences, and you have a dud of a game.
The only good thing about Starfox Adventures was its stellar graphics.

The puzzles required just as much thought if not more than in DK64 and Banjo. that one dimensional combat WAS BETTER than DK64, Banjo AND conker combat so i dont know why youa re sitting her trying to complain about it. and the horribly shallow flying sequences were better than in the other aforementioned games aswell. You are just mad that it wasn't like Starfox 64
Starfox Adventures was a QUALITY title no matter how much you and look for things to hate about it..

In Kazooie, a good puzzle, required both thought and dexterity, like one where you had to hit a series of letters in order while dodging a ghost. In Adventures it was just "find 3 cogs hidden in plain sight."
And combat in DK64/Banjo wasn't slow paced and clunky like in Adventures; it didn't slow things to tedious crawl.
The flying sequences were a joke. There was what, mines, asteroids, and basic enemy fighters, with no clever patterns, no variety, and no challenge.

....wow, just wow
The battles were not slow paced or clunky. It still had the better combat at the end of the day
there was nothing wrong with those flying sequences. Dont be mad at this game because it wasn't like Starfox 64
