I absolutely count Trilogy because for me the IR aiming and motions make the games so much more fun to play. For that matter Pikmin 1&2 are better on Wii as well but I'm not really a fan of Pikmin. Or Starfox, F-Zero or Waverace.
The only GC game I'd say was better was Mario Strikers. I found Strikers Charged to be too unbalanced.
I'd be remiss if I didn't acknowledge Eternal Darkness but while I own it, I haven't gotten a chance to play it.
But really I found most of the great GC games were made better on Wii because of superior controls (except maybe Mario Tennis). But that's just my opinion
