| J_Allard said: Lara has always been "Rambo/McGuyver". Hell in the first game you're dual wielding pistols killing a T-Rex. Look at this video and tell me the series only just now became about action and cinematics because of Uncharted or something LOL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qJ315uUqLFQ That's Anniversary, also from Crystal Dynamics :) |
LOL if you think that agile, precise lara is the same as the one in the game you've got to be joking. Yeah, I know thats from Crystal Dynamics and they've been at they've been at it for a while. The overhead camera view on lara in the last game was interesting to say the least. It also wasnt believable that she was trained to be this killer she was going to grow up to be. Suddenly three days on an island brings it out of her. Its just not believable to me at least but it was a fun game. The realism route was nice but they know who gave them their ticket to success after over a decade of having a creativity drought. Lara was never an rambo/Mcguyver. Shes always been more of an adventurer with the ability to kill with the precision of an assassin.
