I guess if any developer will lost money and time to port the Unreal Engine 4 for the Wii U, PS3 or 360?

Useless.

pretty much you would have to down scale so much that it becomes uselss and a waste of time that's why epic are not even bothering to support the 360,ps3 or wiiu, it would take to much work to down scale, the end result might be looking a bit better then unreal 3 but at the cost of having a much worst frame rate, just not worth it.

I don't think you understand the meaning of a scalable engine..... Give it time, if UE4 succeeds, you'll see it on Wii U, iPad etc. if developers ask for it...

i think your missing the point, the main engine will be designed for nextgen consoles tech, and powerful hardware, developers will be better off using unreal e3 which has better tools and designed for low speced systems like wiiu, 360, ps3, that's why mark rien laughed, and suggested unreal 3, i don't think developers want to rework unreal 4 to make fit on the wiiu and get a game that just looks as good as unreal 3, it would be a waste of time and money.
