You have to take everything with a pinch of salt at these shows. Firstly we know the Titan does roughly ~4.5 Teraflops and the PS4 does 2.5 Tflops, so that instantly draws suspicion that Nvidia are full of it. Also nothing on the 720 has been released, and I doubt Nvidia have anything to do with it after their bitchy article about consoles....so I think this is Nvidia trying to steal the thunder from the consoles and back to PCs.
