Anyone who knows anything about markets knows the Steam box by default is out of the price range and really doesnt even matter to a mass audience. The first reveal started at $900 and rising. PS4 will wipe the floor with the steam box. Now lets get this straight, PC gaming as a whole is coming back because of casual gaming and you guess it Steam who has affordable pricing now.When exclusives are being made the Xbox 720 and PS4 and exclusives are being made for their audience its really PC gaming who loses. Console gaming has never been as been as it has been without Sony, so I think the PS4 deserves it fair buzz and PC gamers can get their seconds to brag over multiplats that console gamers are already playing with enough graphics that they need.

in case of steambox we'll see, as i wrote if done properly can wipe the floor with PS4.
in case of Sony i see no sympathy for their presence in console market, their idea to bring console gaming to more mature audience is most horrible thing that happened to this market, because this demography is not mature, if you think that gunz, blood and gore is mark of maturity then, well i respect your opinion, but i can't agree.

LOL...you sound like the PC gamers when Nintendo was on top in the 90's. Sony made PC gaming practically pointless when all the top devs came to consoles full time. Definitely agree to disagree. Steam Box wont even scratch Sony or Microsoft.
P.S.
How ironic that MS came to console to help PC gaming out against Sony and only ended up hurting them further.
