NVIDIA: PS4 GPU 3x less powerful than Titan, but more powerful than Xbox 720

The Titan alone uses more power than an entire Ps3 Phat or the first version of the Xbox 360 did. Also a Titan card alone costs more than a PS4 and Xbox 720 combined. And the Ps4 is based on a one chip design.
