Neither of them will be PS2/Wii/DS levels of sucess, but a sucessful device is one that bring profit to the company, and not the one the one that achieves 80% market share only.
Consoles are products with long lifespans, their sucess can only be measured after they have been in the market for a substancial ammount of time.
Though lets be honest, the internet is full of impatient and uninteligent kids who enjoy drama and are impatient. So, everything is an excuse to bring out emotive reactions. The internet should be off-limits to people under 18 to be honest. Given them at least the chance to develop their own intellect before we give them the power to whine to the whole world.
Haha... went on a rant. Yeah, this same dance happened with every other console except exceptional cases like the PS2, but people are either too young or have really bad memories. The game is far from over in the games market.
