You'd think after they put Snake in SSBB they'd give Nintendo more MGS.

Problem is, Snake didn't belong or fit in Smash Bros. to begin with. They only stuck him in as a favor to Kojima, and as you say, he obviously isn't reciprocating. He could even do a Wii U exclusive side game, similar to Rising. But it doesn't bother me much, as I've never been into the series, even the old ones.

In reply to other people saying third party games "Aren't coming" to Wii U though....I think that's kind of silly. Lego City Undercover and an improved version of Monster Hunter 3 just came out, along with an improved version of the last Need For Speed game. The DC fighting game Injustice is coming, ACIV, Watch Dogs, RE: Revelations, the next Splinter Cell, etc. Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 are two rather substantial exclusives because Platinum always delivers. Suda 51 clearly stated that he intended to make another No More Heroes, and that if he did, it would be on Nintendo's next console. An improved version of Deux Ex: Human Revolution is coming out. A NA release of Dragon Quest X is inevitably still coming (it always takes them forever to localize those). Rayman Legends is still coming, and will still be the best version considering it was built FOR the Wii U originally. Shin Megami Tensai x Fire Emlem is a pretty huge release for hardcore rpg fans.

There certainly needs to be more, but I'd say that's a pretty solid foundation, and in some ways more than Wii got. I think more 3rd party games will be announced for Wii U, and people just need to chill the fuck out.
