At the PS4 launch event it, it was running on a PC with similar specs due to the lack of PS4 dev kits. They had it just about running on their PS4 dev kit as I can remember
As for the trailer, it is just hugely dissapointing, it is the same as the previous videos. I will be buying the game on PS4 launch though
