Moar reason for 3rd parties to skip. DOOMEDDDDD.

sadly this is somewhat true. it landed on the 67th place, i mean damn but thats just bad!

were people expecting this to do better? Its not like the game wasnt released on 4 different platforms months ago. 3 of those platforms being much more popular than Wii U. Its common sense.
And what were people expecting for MH? It is a niche series in the US that few people care about here. Doesnt matter if its exclusive or not, and doenst matter how popular some people wish it to be.

its still kind of low to be honest. i wasnt expecting this to sell 100K or something. but it pretty much opened with around 5K, for comparison mortal combat vita, a game that been out for over a year at the time, opened with 17K in the usa. i was hoping it would sell higher because its a great game, and because the developers deserve it for the great work they dont on the game

Mortal Kombat for Vita actually ADDED features, where i dont think NFS for Wii U did and MK Vita retailed for less, while NFS for Wii U is the price of a brand new game and not a port. Not to mention MK Vita has the added bonus of being portable, which would help its sales, something that NFS Wii U does not benefit from. Those factors right there in mind and the Wii U version of NFS sold about as much as I thought it would. Good port or not its still just that a late port with not that much added features if any at all. Pretty sure the devs got their cut just on the PS3 version alone, so any thing made here is just candy money.

while i agree with what you said, the Vita new features were not all that though, just a few feature's added. this port could have performed better, and should have because its an amazing game. sadly it didnt

I dont see HOW it could have peformed better. Look at the sales of the series overall, look at them on non Sony consoles and look at the sales of Wii U in general. My thing is if you're going do a late port it has to have features to justify it being late and make up for lost time OR it has to be cheap almost budget. NFS was neither which is the fault of EA, unless EA doesnt care and they already made money on the original versions.
