hmm it would have been interesting to see how much of a polished game MW would have been on PS360 if it had released now along with wii U.

Another 5 months won't turn less than 500MB of RAM into 1GB. ;)

Besides, it was Criterion's 4th/5th game for PS3/360 respectively, but only their first Wii U game, so I doubt the PS3/360 versions suffered for being released earlier.

No amount of time for code optimization is enough,. And 500mb of extra ram just for blurry buildings reflection on wet roads! great

But the PS3/360 will be nearer their limit with NFS than Wii U, because the devs have years and years more time to optimize and squeeze the juice from them, while Wii U is unfamiliar.

And in addition to being higher quality than the PS3/360 reflections, the Wii U ones are accompanied by higher resolution textures and a smoother framerate.

If its about graphics i would play it on a PC, My point is if u are giving me a port, take extra time and give me some extra content to go with it, just like Bioshock was on PS3. I love wii u as a console, but more than anything Ninty fans were the people who said graphics doesnt mean squat its the gameplay which matters, now look where we are.

Not everyone has a high end gaming PC though.

Criterion did take the time to give something extra; Most Wanted U has the Gamepad "God Mode" for changing the time of day, car, etc at will, co-driver mode, and off-TV play. It's not Bioshock PS3 but its not a vanilla port.

I was one of those Nintendo fans who said graphics didn't matter compared to gameplay. And you know what? I still say that. But that doesn't mean I'm not allowed to find it interesting discussing technical differences and such.
