It seems during gameplay all versions are at a pretty good 30fps lock, while during cutscenes the WiiU is the smoothest. In the youtube video differences of texture quality aren't too apparant and the only thing that stood out to me in the pictures was in picture 3 the Hamburger Deluxe shield right above the yellow car.
Compared to the other versions the WiiU seems to suffer a bit from black crush though, but maybe that can be corrected with other TV/console settings.
